75bt Terms & Conditions

📋Binding Agreement

Access to and use of the 75bt platform, including registration, login, deposit, gameplay, and withdrawal of funds, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This agreement is legally binding on the Player from the moment of first access.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with 75bt's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Platform.

✅Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on 75bt, a player must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period the account remains active:

• Be aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• Provide accurate and complete personal information during registration, including a valid mobile number registered in the player's own name.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order on 75bt or any exclusion imposed by 75bt for prior breaches of these Terms.
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation with an interest in the outcome of games or bets placed on the account.

🚫Restricted Persons

The following persons are not permitted to hold or use a 75bt account under any circumstances:

• Persons under the age of 21, regardless of the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of 75bt's operating team and affiliated game providers.
• Persons who have previously been banned or permanently excluded from 75bt.
• Persons accessing the platform via automated bots, scripts, or other non-human means.

👤Registration Requirements

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. 75bt uses the player's registered mobile number as the primary account identifier. By registering, you confirm that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and your own.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.
• The mobile number registered on your account is owned by you and under your sole control.
• You have not previously been excluded from 75bt or had a 75bt account closed for breach of these Terms.

🔐Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 75bt account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 75bt will never ask for your full password by email, SMS, or support chat. You must notify 75bt support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

75bt accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials or has shared their credentials with a third party.

🪪KYC Verification

75bt is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any time and is mandatory before the first withdrawal. Required documents typically include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of the mobile number or bank account registered on the 75bt account.
• Additional documentation as required by 75bt's compliance team in individual cases.

💰Deposits

75bt accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All deposit methods are processed instantly or within a short processing window. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 across all payment methods.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 75bt does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) are outside 75bt's control.
• Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder may be returned and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

📤Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the rollover condition is satisfied.
• 75bt targets withdrawal processing within 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 75bt reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

🎁Bonus Terms

75bt offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to the player's bonus wallet and are separate from the real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus rollover is incomplete will forfeit the previous bonus.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. A player may claim the welcome bonus once per account lifetime.
• 75bt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a bonus credited in error at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement process.

🔄Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover conditions) specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal as real money. The rollover multiplier applicable to each offer is specified in the individual promotion terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means ৳20,000 in total qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino table games and sportsbook bets may contribute a reduced percentage as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bets placed on games with an RTP above 97% may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations entirely.

🎰Casino Games

All casino games available on 75bt are provided by licensed third-party game providers and operate on certified random number generation systems. 75bt does not control the outcome of any game. The following rules apply to all casino gameplay:

• Game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the game provider's system. Disputes about individual game outcomes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant session.
• 75bt is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity problems, device failure, or power interruptions on the player's side during a game session.
• Malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a game malfunction confirmed by the provider, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player balances.

🏏Sports Betting

The 75bt sportsbook covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh international fixtures), football, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds may change before confirmation; the confirmed odds at time of acceptance are final.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a short acceptance delay for verification. 75bt reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after an event outcome has effectively been determined.
• Events abandoned before the minimum completion threshold defined for that sport will result in all bets being voided and stakes returned, unless official governing body results have already been declared.

⛔Strictly Forbidden Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 75bt and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using any automated system, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any activity intended to manipulate game or event outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or game bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a known exploit will be voided.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses or other first-deposit promotions more than once.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, or using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 75bt support staff or other players in any platform communication channel.

75bt employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. The decision of 75bt's compliance team regarding prohibited conduct findings is final and not subject to further appeal beyond the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

🛡️Player Protection Tools

75bt is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The following tools are available to every registered player directly within their account settings at no cost:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session time limits: set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Time-out: temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-exclusion: permanently close your 75bt account. Self-exclusion is irreversible and the account cannot be reopened.

All content on the 75bt platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of 75bt or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any platform content without 75bt's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 75bt intellectual property may result in legal action.

⚖️Platform Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75bt's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 75bt expressly excludes liability for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or temporary service interruptions that prevent access to games or the sportsbook.
• Losses resulting from the player's own decisions, including decisions about bet size, game selection, and session duration.
• Actions taken by 75bt in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspension, bonus forfeiture, or withdrawal delays pending KYC completion.

📝Amendments to These Terms

75bt may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect player rights, withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or eligibility rules — registered players will be notified via the contact details on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the 75bt platform after any amended Terms come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, your remedy is to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

🌐Governing Law

These Terms and all matters arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 75bt is incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 75bt's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Players are responsible for ensuring that use of online casino services is lawful in their own jurisdiction.
